- Senior full-stack engineer, experienced in shipping TypeScript systems end-to-end.
- Have built non-trivial systems with LLMs (tools, retrieval, multi-step agents, evaluation).
- Comfortable taking an agreed problem or surface from definition through delivery.
- Based in or near Prague and available for regular in-person collaboration sessions with the team, scheduled by mutual agreement, while managing your own working time and setup outside those sessions.
What you’d work on
This is greenfield product work on real systems problems, with meaningful ownership across ongoing workstreams:
- Real-time market ingestion. Load data is fragmented, duplicated, and expires quickly. Turning it into something an agent can reason over — and keeping it fresh enough to act on — is a core problem.
- Durable agent execution. Negotiations span multiple steps and external systems. They must survive retries, deploys, and partial failures without breaking state or creating bad outcomes.
- Protocol design. The long-term system is not just prompts — it’s schemas, identity, trust, and negotiation rules between agents.
- Evaluation and observability. When the system is making decisions about money, you need tight feedback loops and clear visibility into behavior.
End-to-end ownership. From ingestion to UI, shaping both system design and product direction for the areas you take on.

You’ll act as a senior engineering counterpart — taking responsibility for a meaningful product surface and helping shape the system architecture early.
The team has deep experience in freight and has built and exited companies in this space. The broker side of freight AI is crowded; the carrier side — where the operational pain actually sits — is still open.
This is a chance to work on a system that directly touches real-world operations, not internal tooling or incremental features.
