- 2+ years of experience in developing, leading, managing iGaming projects;
- Demonstrated ability to work with and lead cross-functional teams;
- Profound understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban;
- Proficient in creating and managing project plans, timetables, status reports, and internal/external documentation;
- Change and Quality management;
- Fluency in English;
- Strong time management on personal, team, project and program level;
- Conflict management;
- Facilitation and team collaboration skills;
- Agile certifications (SM, PO, etc.) and hands-on experience - will be a plus;
- Game Design / Art Production / Programming experience - will be a plus.

- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur;
- Prepare and present reports on teams progress and milestones;
